All About Shipping

Facility Services Group is based out of Missouri, however we service clients all across the US!  Many times our crew's travel with the furniture to complete installation,  however in some cases customers have a mechanically savvy technician on staff allowing them to install small jobs like a single reception station, or put the legs on a conference table in house. 

No matter the size of job, we at FSG are glad to accommodate your shipping requirements for your office furniture solution.       

                                                                              

Shipping methods and times

Shipping methods vary depending upon the size of the item(s) being delivered. Product-specific information is available on each product page.                                            

                                           

UPS and FedEx deliveries

Your merchandise is brought inside your building. If you are unable to receive a UPS or FedEx Ground shipment, it will usually be left at your door.

Tailgate delivery

If your merchandise is too large to ship via UPS or FedEx, you might receive tailgate delivery. This means your furniture will be shipped to your receiving dock, where you are responsible for taking the furniture off of the delivery truck. If you don’t have a receiving dock, you are still responsible for taking the furniture off of the truck.

Common carrier deliveries require you to be present at the time of delivery. If needed, we can arrange for the trucking company to call 24 hours prior to delivery so you know when to expect them.

Inside delivery

Inside delivery services are available for an additional charge. This is the option we recommend if you are unable to take your furniture off of the delivery truck.
